1. SERVICEABLE LOCATIONS

• We currently deliver across pan-India to over 27,000+ pin codes

• Delivery is subject to courier partner coverage, local lockdowns, and access conditions

• You can check delivery availability at checkout using your pincode

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

• • All products available for sale on this platform are fulfilled on a made-to-order (print-on-demand) basis. Upon successful confirmation of payment, each order is printed, quality-checked, packed, and dispatched within 1–4 business days.

  • For the purpose of this policy, business days are defined as all working days excluding Sundays and officially recognized national holidays as declared by the Government of India. Orders placed on non-business days will be considered as received on the next business day.

  • During peak periods such as festivals, site-wide sales, or limited edition drops, order processing and dispatch timelines may extend to a maximum of 6 business days, excluding delivery transit time. Customers may be notified in advance if such delays are expected.

  • While we make every commercially reasonable effort to ensure swift delivery across India, the maximum assured delivery timeline is 7 business days from the date of order confirmation. This includes both order processing and shipping duration, and is subject to courier availability and serviceable locations.

  • The company shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in order processing or delivery resulting from force majeure events. This includes but is not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, public holidays, courier disruptions, strikes, or any other unforeseen event beyond the company’s control.

  • By placing an order on this website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the above fulfilment and dispatch terms. These timelines are incorporated into the Terms of Service and are deemed accepted at the time of purchase.
