Where do you ship?
Shipping Scope & Serviceability – Domestic Only (India)
Forteefied currently offers shipping exclusively within the territorial jurisdiction of the Republic of India. All orders are fulfilled and dispatched through government-licensed, third-party logistics providers or private courier partners that meet our internal benchmarks for reliability, shipment tracking, and delivery efficiency. At present, no international shipping or cross-border delivery is supported or guaranteed by Forteefied. Any attempt to place orders with delivery addresses outside of India will be automatically blocked or canceled at the system level.
Our domestic shipping coverage includes all Indian postal (PIN) codes that are not currently restricted by law, regional embargo, disaster containment, or courier blackout zones. In rare cases where delivery to a specific location becomes unserviceable due to force majeure, administrative restrictions, or logistical constraints (such as natural disasters, civil unrest, lockdowns, or restricted zones), Forteefied reserves the right to cancel the order and initiate a full refund without liability for delay or non-performance.
Forteefied will not be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping details, recipient unavailability, third-party carrier failures, or unforeseen transit interruptions. Customers are advised to double-check their shipping address and PIN code for accuracy prior to placing an order.

What is your delivery timeline?

The estimated delivery window for all successfully placed and confirmed orders is between 3 (three) to 7 (seven) business days, subject to the geographical location of the recipient’s shipping address. Deliveries to metro cities and urban centers typically fall within the lower end of this range, whereas deliveries to Tier-2, Tier-3 cities, remote villages, and rural regions may require additional transit time due to courier routing, network availability, or logistical complexity.
Please note that “business days” exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and all officially recognized national or regional holidays. Orders placed after 3 PM IST on any given business day will be treated as part of the next business day’s cycle.
Forteefied operates in good faith with verified third-party delivery partners. However, we expressly disclaim liability for any delay, non-delivery, or delivery failure resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, transportation strikes, customs delays, courier partner failures, regulatory lockdowns, civil unrest, pandemics, or any other force majeure event.

How can I track my order?

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order is successfully placed on Forteefied.com and payment is confirmed, it is automatically entered into our fulfillment system and begins processing within minutes. Due to the automated and fast-moving nature of our logistics pipeline, we do not entertain modifications, cancellations, or substitutions for any confirmed order under normal circumstances.
This includes but is not limited to: changes in product variant (size, color, design), shipping address, contact details, payment method, or request for order hold.
Exception Handling (Good Faith Clause):
If you believe an error was made during the checkout process—such as incorrect sizing, duplicate orders, or address typos—you may email our support team at helpdesk@forteefied.com within 30 (thirty) minutes of placing the order. While we will make every reasonable effort to intercept and resolve the issue before dispatch, we do not guarantee fulfillment of such requests, and they will be evaluated strictly on a case-by-case basis depending on the current stage of order processing.
Orders already marked as “Processing,” “Packed,” or “Shipped” are no longer eligible for cancellation or modification under any condition.
